General:
Clients must be 18 or more years old to avail of 1-Clan.com services. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to purchase services from Sensational-Hosting.co.uk. Failing to meet this criteria may result in immediate account termination.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content on their VPS/Server/Domain is not, at any time, prohibited on our network as described in this page below.

Content:
Sensational-Hosting.co.uk prohibits the following content on its network:

• Copyrighted media, without authority to distribute or display(warez)
• Unlicensed applications, Cracking programs or key generators
• Child pornography or kidnapping material
• Adult (nudity,pornography) material
• Fraudulent activity, phishing or impersonation
• Terrorist propaganda, racist material, or bomb/weapon instructions
• Virus/Virii, Spyware, Malware, or other infectious material
• Material protected by trade secret or other statute
• Scripts commonly used for abuse, attacks, or flooding
• Threatening, harrassing, or obscene content
• HYIP and low investment high profit schemes
• Banking websites or shipping websites

Activities:
Sensational-Hosting.co.uk prohibits the following activities on its servers:

• Denial of Service Attacks (DOS/DDOS)
• IRC and associated programs (including psybnc, "bots", etc...)
• Unnecessary Port Scans
• Mail Bombing
• Unsolicited Advertising via IM, Forums, Newsgroups, Email, etc..

Links to such content or activities are also prohibited.

Bulk Mail:
Legitimate bulk mailing lists are permitted on our network as described below:

Legitimate bulk email meets the following criteria:

1) The recipient has confirmed his willingness to be added to the distribution list of the mailing, by responding to a verification email, or, otherwise, verifiably confirming permission. (Evidence of such must be retained and available by request.)

2) Messages include: Valid headers, removal instructions, and information on the method by which the subscribed address was obtained.

All bulk email senders must post privacy policies, in association with the sending domains. Co-registration is not prohibited, but explanations of the sharing of information must be both publicly available and included in the confirmation mechanism for list subscription.

If Sensational-Hosting.co.uk approaches a client for evidence of confirmation, this request must be honored within 48 hours.

Failure to meet the acceptable criteria for bulk mail may lead to immediate termination.

Payments:
Invoices are sent out by email upon generation 2 days before due dates. Sensational-Hosting.co.uk cannot guarantee email delivery. The client is responsible for ensuring their account is kept up to date at all times to prevent service suspension or cancellation. Orders may be canceled if no payment is received multiple days past invoice due dates. Funds can also be added to client's billing account at any time.

Suspension/Deactivation:
If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the client risks service suspension or termination. Sensational-Hosting.co.uk reserves the right to remove any account, without prior notice. If Sensational-Hosting.co.uk deactivates an account for violating policy, the client will forfeit any rights to a refund. No refunds for advance payments will be granted for deactivated accounts.

Reactivation:
If a service is suspended, the client may be required to pay a reactivation fee of £25.00, and when applicable, to cover any administrative costs associated with the offense/violation, as determined by Sensational-Hosting.co.uk

Cancellation:
After a client's account is canceled, all data is removed permanently. No data backups are stored by Sensational-Hosting.co.uk on the servers. Client agree's that Sensational-Hosting.co.uk are in no way responsible for loss of data due to cancellations either due to network abuse, non payment or cancellation requests.

Data Transfer:
Data Transfer limits for your VPS/Server package are clearly described on the website before purchasing. Data Transfer is billed from the first day to the last day of each month. Sensational-Hosting.co.uk will provide access for customers to view their usage 24/7 online. Customers are responsible for their own usage and making certain they do not exceed their package limit to avoid data transfer overage fee's. Customers are not notified of their data transfer usage. The current overage fee for each GB over their allocated limit is £1.00.

Data Backups:
Sensational-Hosting.co.uk offer a range of data backup services for its clientele. VPS hosting customers can avail of remote data backups made daily for a £3 monthly fee. Dedicated hosting customers can avail of remote backup space from just £6 monthly. Customers who do not wish to use our backup services can instead opt to make their own backups in case of hardware failure resulting in data loss. Sensational-Hosting.co.uk are not responsible for any data loss for such clients.

Abusive Clientele:
Sensational-Hosting.co.uk may at it's discretion suspend or terminate service of any client that is abusive/harassing to Sensational-Hosting.co.uk and/or Sensational-Hosting.co.uk employees. Examples of such activity include, but are not limited to;

• Verbal abuse - cursing, yelling, threatening, etc...Ongoing disregard for warnings or notices
• Consistent mistakes/errors/changes causing unnecessary workload
• Spamming Swvps.com email addresses, ticket systems, or servers
• Continuous involvement in flood/DDOS activity, hacked services, or other prohibited usage
• Consistent late payments or responses
• Continuous activation of problematic end-users
• Activity which affects the service(s) of other Swvps.com clientele

Refunds:
All sales are final. Sensational-Hosting.co.uk may provide a full refund to customers within the first 15 days of use if Sensational-Hosting.co.uk fail to provide services as described on the Sensational-Hosting.co.uk website. Only Credit card or Paypal payments are refunded. Any other form of payment is non refundable.
